Placement around residents
At occupied properties the container is competing with residents for space. It needs to be somewhere a truck can reach without crossing assigned parking or blocking an access route, and somewhere it is not going to become an unofficial community dumping point.
Parking structures and covered areas are usually not workable for roll-off delivery because of the overhead clearance a truck needs. Send the measurement rather than an estimate if there is any barrier or canopy involved.

If you manage several sites, list them with their individual access constraints when you first get in touch. Each property gets its own placement and timing considerations, but the coordination can run through one point of contact rather than a fresh conversation every time.
