What this site collects, and what it does not.

What we collect

When you submit a quote request, we receive exactly what you typed into the form: your name, email address, phone number, the service you selected, the project city or ZIP code, your description of the job, and any optional details you chose to add — company name, preferred date, container size, material type, cargo details, demolition scope, recycling materials and so on.

Our server also reads two technical values from the request itself: the IP address it came from and the browser user-agent string. These are used for rate limiting and spam detection — nothing else — and the IP address is used only as a short-lived counter key.

Why we collect it

We do not use what you send to build a marketing list, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

• To contact you if we need to clarify materials, access or timing
• To protect the form from automated abuse

Where your request goes

When you submit the form, the server records your request so that SteelPoint can respond to it. Depending on how the site is configured, that means storing the request in the hosting provider’s data store, forwarding it to a form-delivery provider so it reaches a monitored inbox, or both. The confirmation message tells you when the request has been accepted — it does not claim an email was read or that any date has been reserved.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies. It loads no analytics, no advertising pixels, no session recording and no social media trackers, and it loads no scripts, fonts or styles from any other company’s servers. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Nothing is written to your browser’s local storage either — no preferences, no drafts and no identifiers are saved on your device by this site.

Third parties

No other third-party service receives anything from this website. The typefaces are served from this site’s own domain rather than a font CDN, so loading a page does not contact Google or any other font host.

• Hosting provider — serves the pages and runs the form endpoint. Like any web host, it processes the connection details needed to deliver a page, including your IP address, and may keep short-term server logs.
• Form delivery provider — where one is configured, the contents of your quote request are transmitted to it so that the request reaches a monitored inbox.

How long we keep it

Quote requests are retained for as long as needed to respond to the inquiry and to keep a record of work quoted. A specific retention period has not yet been set by SteelPoint; when one is agreed it will be stated here rather than described vaguely.

Rate-limiting counters, where they are stored at all, expire automatically within fifteen minutes.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Get in touch using the contact details published on this site and we will deal with the request.

You are never required to submit the form. If you would rather not send details through a website, contact SteelPoint directly once published contact details are available.

Children

This is a business services website. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this page

If the way this site handles information changes — a new delivery destination, an analytics tool, a different font host — this page is updated at the same time. It is written to match the code, not to cover every eventuality in advance.
